Conference fees
* Full conference including IDFB 2016 evening performances – £300
* 30% subsidised fees for freelance dance artists & teachers – £210
* 50% subsidised fee for students – £150

Limited number of part bursaries are available to those who have financial difficulties in attending the conference and will be offered on a case-by-case basis. If you need assistance, please write to info@navadisha2016.co.uk

Full conference registration fee will include following

  1. 3 day participation in all events at the conference from 20 to 22 May
  2. Conference programme and delegate pack
  3. Refreshments and catering on all the conference days
  4. VIP reception on Thursday 19 May evening for the launch of South Asian dance at the International Dance Festival Birmingham (IDFB)
  5. Welcome dinner on Friday 20 May
  6. Tickets for the IDFB performances on the 19, 20 & 21 May and at the mac on 22 May

The two days or one day fee will include the above as appropriate for the day.

The Conference registration fee does NOT include accommodation. Details of locally available accommodation.

PAYMENT POLICY

  • All payments should be made in GBP only.
  • Payments can be made in interest free instalments by end of April 2016
  • Payment for all registrations must be made in full prior to the conference and received before the deadline.
  • All registration fees are FINAL and are available on a limited first come/first served basis.
  • Add-ons such as Master Classes are not a part of the registration fees and will be charged separately.
  • Payments will be accepted by Bank transfers (BACs details available on request), or by cheques or Bank draft only.
  • Cheques and Bank Drafts should be made payable to New Dimensions Arts Management and mailed to 66 Horseshoe Way, Hampton Vale, Peterborough PE7 8LG.
  • NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED BY POST!
  • Payments once made are non-refundable but transferable at the discretion of the conference producers in case of unavoidable circumstances.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

Your registration will be complete once you have emailed the registration form to register@navadisha2016.co.uk and made full payment towards your registration. On submission of your registration form and payment, you will be sent a confirmation and a receipt. Conference attendees are strongly encouraged to pre-register for the event. Onsite registrations and conference materials are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
